She did an superb job communicating with me through every phase of the project from coordinating the estimate, scheduling the job, obtaining brick samples to match for the project and billing. She was always accessible to talk to and ask questions. I only remember once that I had to leave a phone message and she returned the call within 15 minutes. Joey is an phenomenal brick mason. To me, he is just as much an artist as he is a mason. He took great care to make sure the project was done right. Like Cathi he was also an exceptional communicator. He kept the work site clean and also took care to not disturb or damage the landscaping (bushes and grass) immediately adjacent to the project.
