"I was impressed with the personal care and communication with this company. The representative arrived ontime for a very thorough room to room evaluation and Cost estimation. I actually purchased all of my storage boxes on Amazon based on his recommendation of needs.... I was just two small boxes over! The manager called in advance of moving day and again on moving day to keep me informed and to answer any questions. I called him back only once to ask how much folks tip these hard working guys! (Not based on percent of total cost). My moving team was outstanding! They took excellent care of every piece of furniture and every box. They disassembled and reassembled all the necessary pieces with expert care!! When all was said and done, my final bill was exactly as estimated! No additional fees thanks to great communication!!"
