"They are wood slatted shutters, interior shutters. They did the whole house, probably 16 windows. It's a custom shop. Most of the shutters are factory made - a lot of them overseas. These are made locally. So they're handmade and they're installed by the owner of the company. So, you get the service that comes along with that, which is usually about as good as you can have. We've been handing out his cards for anybody that is interested. We highly recommend him. This is the only thing they do."

"Carl came out and measured the windows. He quoted me a fair price (no up-selling), and his installer came out the following week and installed the new sunscreens.  The screens look great. The installer touched up any scratches he saw on the frames, and I was so pleased with the installer's attention to detail.
