"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. "The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??

"I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. "It went well. The new unit generates more than enough heat for that area. Very satisfied with his work. This is the third time I have used WTPI. When I purchased this house the furnace was not working (we knew this), They installed a new furnace and a separate hot water unit, all natural gas. We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. Have always had a good experience with this company."
