"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

The technician fully explained the tasks he would be performing and during each step if there were any questions and/or concerns. He answered all questions posed to him. The technician demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and suggested options for consideration for the systems to perform more efficiently and he followed up with the options agreed to. He demonstrated a dedication to the business name and cleaned up all areas he performed his services throughout the house. He was constantly working and would fully advise the next step he would be performing. "The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??

"I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. "From the initial contact with the assistant at the office right straight thru the entire process with the technician, WTPI was great!  We will be definitely keeping them as our maintenance provider for our gas furnace.  
The assistant was very pleasant & helpful when we had to change the day from the original one that was scheduled.  She gave us the time and date we requested & told us if we needed to change it again, it wouldn't be a problem.  She was very courtesy, friendly, and very professional during the entire conversation.  
The technician who came to our home for the initial evaluation was very thorough in what he would be doing the next time he came.  He did a total and complete flushing of the system and replaced all the valves in our home.   He was very professional and answered any questions my husband asked.  He was very knowledgeable even though our furnace is an older model. He explained everything he did and why.  He was truly a wonderful person and would be very happy to have him as "our" technician.
