"1960's home. Original copper and cast iron pipes. Well water. There was an extreme Sulfur smell that penetrated the whole system even with single stage carbon filters and a thorough bleaching and flushing of the system. All Affordable installed all new pex supply lines throughout the home, and replaced all the old drainage lines with PVC. There was an immediate improvement in the odor. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. They took precautions due to COVID. They laid tarps down to protect all the flooring, and did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. I was especially impressed by Juan and Cornel. The quote and Initial scheduling went very smoothly. They were prompt, friendly and informative, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, a couple of the items I had ordered from alternative suppliers were delayed due to COVID, so they had to schedule a time to return after the remaining items were delivered. The scheduling of the follow-up appointment was a bit difficult, and is the only reason I did not give them all 5 stars. I am a DIYer, so I did not have them repair the drywall or finish the entire bath remodel, but I have attached a few pictures anyway. I am a single middle aged woman and I never felt talked down to or taken advantage of. They were wonderful, and I would highly recommend All Affordable Plumbing!"

Mike from Da Vinci took care of all administrative and legal requirements. He refused to let the bureaucracy stall the project. Once permits were in hand, work commenced immediately. Da Vinci OWNS all tools and equipment required to install underground work. No delays for equipment rental! Work proceeded quickly and efficiently. "The name Aqua Doctor is very fitting for Chris and his team, because it sounds like a super hero and that is definitely what they are! After a brutal week of cold a few weeks ago I went to turn on a faucet to have water shooting out from the pipe. Thankfully I knew where the shut off valve was, and searched Angies List to find a reputable contractor for what I hoped would be a simple repair. The repair wasn’t simple, which made having a true professional like Chris even more important. Not only had one of the pipes under the sink blown out, but Chris and his thorough inspection showed me a pipe behind the wall in the shower was also leaking. Had I tried to fix the pipe myself or hired some novice I doubt that would have been found, which have resulted in leaking in my walls and under the floor for who knows how long before it was found. There unfortunately a good amount of damage, and Chris and his team helped in so many ways but I will just name a few. First, they did work beyond what a typical plumber would do. His crew came in and pulled out tile and opened the walls to get to the leaking pipes. More about that in a bit, but another critical piece was he helped me navigate the confusing and tricky area of dealing with your insurance company. He did what my insurance company didnt seem able to do, which is example to me in simple terms how the process works, and he spoke directly with the company probably 6 or 7 times as the project was moving forward on what needed to be done and why to help get every possible dollar of his bill covered. As the project was moving along and the team had to walls to do the repairs, we learned this part of the home was not built to code. We had plumbing on an outside wall without an insulated wall in between. This meant the proper way to repair it was to move the water lines for the shower, toilet and sink by jackhammering into the concrete foundation. It’s a miracle I didnt pass out when I learned that, but once again Chris took the time to explain to me in simple terms what had to be done, to show me, explain why, and then get not he phone with the insurance agency to get it covered. He even facilitated working with the village inspector to make use all the documentation needed to prove this was required by the village was in place. This along would have been $4,400 out of my pocket if Chris hadn’t been thorough and diligent to working with the insurance. Other contacts would hand me a bill and let me figure it out, but Chris helped me the entire way. His team worked hard and fast to get everything in sorted out quickly, and Chris even connected me with another familiar member who offered to do the additional repairs like drywalling, paint, etc. Chris and his team turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a relatively painless process and really worked hard to minimize my out of pocket spend. And when the project was over and I tried to tip him for going way above and beyond me didn’t even want to accept the cash so I gave it to his workers. I just cant say enough for Chris and his hard work and work ethic. And if this wasn’t enough to convince you to use Aqua Doctor I will leave you with one more meaningful example. When the village came out to look at what had to be done to comply with code, I could see the relief on the face of the village inspector that I was using Aqua Plumbing because they knew the job would be done right."

"When one is looking for a plumber, if you?re like me, it is possibly an urgent situation (as in in my case a sewer that was backing up.) So, to save you time, I?ll start with my bottomline opinion.  Reliance was excellent!  Alex, the owner, John, Cesar, Keith, and all the guys who worked on my home were honest, hardworking, and kind human beings.  They were also really good plumbers?. but, in my estimation the humanity that the company is seriously priceless.  It was the first time I worked with them, and I know that it won?t be the last.  They will be my first ?plumber? call.  I have them in my cell phone. <br /> Now, to return to the beginning of my tale. I noticed an increasing amount of dirt around the sewer by my washing machine. (My laundry room is on a slab on the main floor.)  I called a different company that came out to rod the line from an interior clean out in my family room.They worked tirelessly for a day, but couldn?t get through, ended up getting their rod stuck in the line, actually had to return the next day to retrieve their equipment.  Based on their camera and detector inspection, they advised that I needed to dig down to the sewer.  Based on their staffing and scheduling, they simply didn?t have the manpower to handle it at that time, and recommended I call another company. <br /> And that brings me to Reliance.  I called them first time in the morning.  John showed up that same day to estimate the job.  On Saturday...yes, on a weekend,  they began breaking through to the sewer. (They knew I only had a very minimal water flow and responded immediately to the urgency of the matter.  Over the next week they put in an exterior cleanout (much better for the future than my inside one) repaired the sewer that had corroded, replaced backfill and concrete, rodded to the street and then discovered that due to the roots by large evergreens they needed to power wash it, which they did the next day.  They were at my house a full week. They worked hard.  They were respectful and not only worked to fix the problem, but to make sure that I was informed and pleased with their work. I was rather distraught about the situation, and those guys made it as calming as it could be - considering I had to go elsewhere to shower, etc.  I want to add that Alex, the owner, actually came to my house several times to check on the progress and even after it was done to review the entire job.  He was a total stranger, but I would have been proud if he were my son! He was exceptionally considerate. What a nice young man. <br /> I would be remiss if I didn?t mention that there were issues? life?s rarely perfect.  In part some things went wrong because they were starting where another company left off. In hindsight, I think they should have repeated some diagnostics to pinpoint the location of the problem. I?d suggested it, but they didn?t.  I wish I would have insisted. The result was that there was additional  jackhammering/digging in the driveway before they discovered that the break was just two feet  inside the house, instead of a few feet outside that same wall. They had to move indoors on the following days to open the floor in the slab.  But, they made good on their error, and didn?t charge for the additional work.  It was longer project, slower, but they kept going till it was done RIGHT. It was more money than initially estimated because they couldn?t have known that the roots would require the power wash.  And digging indoors is more time consuming.    <br /> I should add that on the days they were working outdoors it was brutally cold...remember that week?  Not one man ever complained.  And on the last day when they were power washing the sewer (temp had gone up), I asked if they could wash the driveway to get rid of the dirt residue from all the digging so that I wouldn?t continue tracking it into the house.  They did and were proud of the results. <br /> People taking pride in their work and caring about customer statisfaction is all too rare in our world today.  Want to see it?  Call these guys.  As horrible as my situation was, at the coldest point in the year, Reliance made it as positive as possible. "Terrible. A few years ago I had Four Seasons install a humidifier, That went fine. A short time after installation the Humidifier began to leak into the heater and we had to replace the entire heater. When we did that, the technician noticed that the pad in the humidifier was chocked up with solids from the water. I had purchased two inline water filters and at our next maintenance review, The Four Seasons technician rerouted the copper tubing, and installed the two water filters I had purchased. At our next fall review, I had purchased two new filters and asked the technician to replace the two water filters with the new ones I had just purchased. He said 'Fine - no problem and proceeded to replace the water filers. Today was our next Fall review and I had the water filters ready to be installed. I was taking a nap and when the technician arrived he said that there would be a charge of $179 fir gun ti do that so my wife declined. When I got up from my nap, my wife related the story of the technicians not installing the water filters. I have not called four seasons about this yet, but I will. I checked my email and there was an email from Four Seasons requesting a review for the work that had just been done. There was no place on their email to tell this story. There were however links to Angie's List and a couple of other places to tell my story. We have been using Four Seasons since 2014 when we had replace the air conditioner. after the water from the humidifier leaked into the heating portion of the unit, I had to replace the heating portion and Four seasons did that. I have been using Four Seasons ever subce we gad to replace the air conditioner this is the first and only issue I have had with them"
