"The project went well. There were some leaks after the initial installation, but these were fixed before any damage was done to the ceiling and wood flooring."

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

We've never once had to call them back to resolve any issues associated with their work, and they've done a lot of work over for us over the last 9 years. Recently, our water heater died very suddenly; I came home from my office and water was leaking out of the water heater onto the basement floor. Within minutes, their service manager was guiding me over the phone regarding which valves to turn off etc. and he had me take a few pics to send to him. The very next day, a serviceman was at our house installing a brand new, much better water heater than the house had come with, and we haven't had an issue yet, and this was several months ago. I'm a Realtor and Atlantic has bailed my seller clients out of HVAC issues on a moment's notice, so I will always be grateful for the excellent sales and service that we receive thanks to Atlantic Heating and AC."

"Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

"I've been working with this organization for about 2 years, perhaps a bit more, they have always been cost effective until this recent experience, they spent ~30-45min here at the house and identified the problem as a clogged pan drain,
the charge was ~300, i asked why the "high" charge and it was broken down as ~250 to come out and provide service, and another ~40 for the cost of the gas "nitrogen" to clear the drain,
these people have always been polite, professional, and effective, but, the charges have now become cost prohibitive, if you got the money and need a someone, these people are the ones i would recommend
