"I can’t recommend Sean Urquhart from A1 Sewer & Drain highly enough! We discovered a leak in our hot water heater last night and called A1’s 24/7 line. I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. "Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."
