A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "Overall we were very satisfied with both this work in 2004 and his previous work (general re-pointing) in 2002.  The counter cracked in 7 places within 2 months of the work being done but the cracks have not changed over the past 8 years.  The re-pointing work has held very well since it was done in 2002.  Minor issues- needed to remind or point out some areas overlooked in the 2002 re-pointing work.  In the 2004 work there seemed to be some hardware & wood substitutions.  Heritage was there every day; their work has held up good.  Would not hesitate to recommend.

"He was great!  I called him in the evening and he arrived early the next morning so we could get the car out of the garage.  He fixed the spring temporarily so we use the door until he received the replacement spring.  He arrived back the next day with the new spring, installed it, lubricated it and showed us how to lubricate in the future.  He also repaired part of the rubber that was dislodged at the bottom of the door.  He was exceptionally knowledgeable and nice to work with.  He even provided dog biscuits for my two dogs.  I will certainly use him in the future.
