"We hired MPP to paint our newly constructed porch. Rafael was responsive to my initial request and I thought the price was very fair after getting 3-4 other quotes. "Paul pointed out right away major faults in the way the deck was built and how unsafe it was. The foundation post and beams were not up to code, He seriously thought the deck would collapse at any moment. He knew right away what needed to be done, explained in detail how it should have been built correctly and what he would do to make it safe and up to code. After taking photos of the stress points and problematic areas of the deck, he said he will get back to me to give an estimate of the cost of the project. In less than a weekend, he called me back as promised with the estimate. Despite his heavy work schedule, Paul gave priority to this project with a timeline to finish the work in a week. He finished in less than a week even when he discovered midway in his work that the middle portion of the deck had a bump because the opposite sides of the joist was sinking. Of which he ably corrected. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and the difference with the deck is like night and day. Where there were puny posts before, has now been replaced with proper sized posts imbedded in correct concrete piers for strong support. The privacy wall was perfectly replaced with a very appealing but definitely sturdy boards that can let in light but can withstand the winds. I am very pleased with the excellent craftsmanship that Paul has done on this project. I highly recommend him to any homeowner needing his services. You will only be satisfied by his superb work!"

For a very reasonable price, Douglas’s crew safely removed nearly all of the flaking lead paint from our house and repainted, as well as painting the garage. Douglas’s crew was very hardworking, efficient, and friendly. They really went above and beyond, too: for example, we had a loose clapboard where a cable runs into the house, and they reattached it. They also stripped the lead paint from the interior of our back vestibule for us, even though it isn’t technically part of the exterior, without charging us extra for it. "I had Conor's crew did my interior part of my unit. I want to be fair and unemotional about the job because i want to be honest to viewers. Conor's quote may be low, however i suspect it is something he has done many times to win the job/contract. What i mean is he will find other things to recover part of the cost by indicating that something went wrong and he will ask for more money. He mentioned that there is some parts of the ceiling has smoke stains. I and my family never smoke. and i found out the previous owner never smoked either. Lastly, his crew had took down my ceiling light due to the paint job. However, they lost one of the screws and i had to scramble to call Conor after 1 month of the job. the job was done right before the state wide pandemic shutdown. and i never bother or dare to go back to the condo since i don't live there anymore. In the final walkthrough, I did not check carefully at the ceiling since i was looking mostly at the walls and the job itself. I think i have a picture of the ceiling light being removed and placed on the table as well when i went there to inspect the work myself during the operation of the job. but i am very certain that the crew removed the light. When i called and explained to Conor, he was very defensive and protective of his crew. I was not calling to tell him that his crew did a bad job. My call was only to have them find the screw and place it in its proper place. that is it. no harm at all to his reputation. Instead, he went and started attacking my integrity. I worked with many contractors, but i have never had a contractor questioned my integrity. This is the first time"

Rodolfo always returns my calls, shows up on time and completes a project on time or early. Every time I have used Rodolfo's services he has gone above and beyond for me. Removed wallpaper and then skim coated walls. Rodolfo's finishing work with the trim was beautiful! When it came to color suggestion he walked me through the process of picking the perfect color.
