"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"Pride did a great job for us. They came when they said they would. They were very good with communication and very hard working. We quickly got our bid and they were able to start our work the next day. The crew dealt with the water in our basement and removed the ruined carpeting and drywall, moving and treating with mold spray all of our items. They finished that work all in one very long day. We had fans drying things in our basement for the next 5 days and someone from Pride came very day to check the equipment and they progress and also to spray again to prevent mold. We would highly recommend this company."

"I had such a disaster happening in my basement. The water was overwhelming. Thanks to PRIDE, I was quickly put at ease. They came quickly and worked until the mess was cleaned up. They had the adequate equipment and a pleasant attitude. They also were available by phone to answer all my questions. I m so grateful for all their help. Hopefully, I will never need them again, but if I do, they would be the ones I would call."

"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I’ve used Blake on a couple of occasions. Once as part of a crew on a roofing job and more recently to take care of smoke and water damage following a small kitchen fire. He is punctual, hard working, and affordable. The kitchen job showcased his experience and skills with no hint of the original damage once he finished."
