"Home Genius Exteriors replaced and disposed of my gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and fixed facia where it was damaged, with a complete replacement system, all within 24 hours from my first meeting with them. Their service was professional, work crew was personable and left no evidence of being on my property except for, the awesome new gutter system on my house. Seriously, if I wouldn't have seen them doing the work, you wouldn't know they were there, it was like a Home Makeover reveal or something - the whole experience impressed me and I'm skeptical to a fault. The best statement I can say is, while my Wife and I were walking around our house, she smiled and said, "I can't wait for it to rain!" I can't either. Thanks HGE."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

THE OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS OUT WAS LEAF FILTER OR GUTTER HELMET, I DONT REMEMBER. THE GUY WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT WAS GETTING MAD WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO DO RESEARCH.

"Very, very well, no complaints. It’s a specialty door, so it’s a little more. It cost $3,200. I really didn’t have anything to compare it to. I know that there were some problems. He had to expand the door, it was an unexpected problem. When he was installing the door, he realized he had to kick it out further, so they had to do additional work that wasn't anticipated. So, everything worked out in terms of setting the door. It was a larger door than what I had previously, so they had to do what they had to do, and they did it. Everything fit! I haven’t had any problems."

"These folks are awesome! They answered the phone very early on a Saturday morning and took care of a flooding emergency at a rental property of mine in Baltimore. They went out the same day and got to work. It was a fairly large job, and they were able to solve the issues promptly and professionally. They resolved a variety of problems and put things back together perfectly. The rates were very reasonable, and they sent lots of photos since I wasn't able to be there in person. They also helped me deal with some grumpy insurance adjusters. They have handled a number of smaller jobs for me as well. They are extremely reliable and respond quickly. This is especially great for my situation as I can manage communication with them via text message while I work on other projects and then pay via credit card. In summary, MJ Home Services goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them!!!"
