The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and did excellent work. The job was finished when they said they would and left the area clean of debris and ready to use. "I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened. He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty. We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. "Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.

"I had three companies out from Angie's list to quote me on repairing my pool deck and resurfacing it. The first two companies sent very nice, professional people to look at my situation and quotes were sent a few days after.  Victor Murilo from Mercury Pool Plastering was the third to give me a quote.  I chose Victor's company for two reasons; the first being his quote was several hundred dollars less than the other companies and two; he actually took the time to slow down for a minute talk to me about the project and did something most companies do not do anymore, build rapport.  He did prepare me that if certain things didn't go right, it would increase the cost of the project. (which was in the ballpark of the other quotes.) The project went really well.  I was surprised that Mercury Pool did not need to drain the pool to add the new finish. (One company wanted to completely drain the pool, the other wanted to half empty it.) Not to give away any of his secrets, but Victor's company had an incredibly imaginative way to add the new deck surface without draining the pool! Now my pool deck looks better than it did when I first bought the house. I have already enthusiastically referred Mercury Pool to the owner of a home improvement company that I know.  My advice, get several quotes, and have Victor out last for your pool repair needs.
