"They have been wonderful to work with. We are new to the area and they came out to check our heating and A/C. Brett was great and explained everything to me. We knew we would have an issue with the upstairs air conditioning. Brett recommended a Fujitsu mini split AC unit. We went with it and are very pleased. It is keeping the upstairs nice and cool during the heatwave and the main unit isn’t working as hard anymore. The new unit is super quiet inside and out. EXCELLENT. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I can't believe I haven't left a review after all this time.  Better late than never though.
The movers were great, polite and professional.  The guys were very clear about which expectations they are able to meet and what is realistic with the time frame they are given.  It was a lot of work moving to our new place which was located up 3 flights of stairs but they powered through it!  We provided lots of Gatorade and some snacks as a token of our appreciation!  We ended up paying for additional time but we knew there was a possibility that it would take longer than expected.
We only wish there were no hidden charges for extras like wrapping furniture, etc.  We normally don't have to pay extra for this based on our previous experiences with other movers.  We opted not to avail of those services and they were clear that there was a risk of the furniture getting scratched or damaged.  Fortunately, the furniture was getting replaced with new ones anyway so we didn't care too much about cosmetic damage so long as it stays functional when we reached our new place. However, they did their best to make the least amount of damage to them which was a plus.  
All in all, it was a smooth move and we couldn't be happier about that.

"Brian was the one who installed my air conditioning unit. excellent work, not only on time, took several hours but he did an excellent job. after the installation, he cleaned my room where it was installed. He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time. He was the repairman for my old air conditioning unit. I am very very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend them."

"The Technician was very professional,competent and responsive.
The company shows business hours 24/7. However, the customer support of the company after regular business hours is managed by a third party "answering service" who then relays customers' requests/ orders to the company's point of contact. I found it a little cumbersome to coordinate call through the third party answering service and there was an unnecessary lapse of conveying my request on time. However, for the most part, my experience with the company's direct customer support was without follies.
Being a small to medium size business, I wouldn't hold any experience as negative against the company. However, it will be better if they could manage their own calls answering service so that the orders can be processed within a reasonable timeline, specially for emergency services (e.g., no heating during freezing winter).
On my request, the technician gave me an informal pricing estimate for the replacement of the system which I needed.
At this time, they are within my top two prospective contractors for the final project of replacing the HVAC system.
I would strongly recommend them to other consumers looking for reliable, competitively priced, skilled professional company when considering heating/ cooling work.
