"It went great. Sean came out to do my estimate and the work I needed done. He was on time, very professional, and gave me a great price. I recommended him to alot of my friends and family. Thank you again Sean! It would have been a cold winter without you!"

"It went well. They were very efficient in and out within an hour."

"The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."

"Great service was able to squeeze me in the same day. Satisfied with the work provided."

"Fantastic customer service. Came within 30 mins of calling them on a Wednesday evening. Cleared the shower/tub drain in 20 minutes and showed me how to prevent it from happening again."

"

My water heater needed work.  Leaky faucet and broken garbage disposal.  The plumber arrived on time, and presented a professional estimate to replace the water heater, faucet and garbage disposal.

The problem I have, and the reason I gave an overall rating of only a C, is that the plumber recommended replacing the water heater and the kitchen faucet, but the water heater was easily repaired by another plumber, and the kitchen faucet did not need to be replaced either, as it only needed an "O" ring.
