"In less than 24 hours, Michael was at my doorstep with a new system. He efficiently replaced the old system and carefully adjusted the pipes to have a perfect fit. I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. He was a one-man show! In a couple of hours, hot water was running in the pipes and he did make sure that every faucet was working properly and releasing any air from the tank! He left the basement clean and removed all the old parts. I strongly recommend this company! "The CASCO plumber, Matt Dougherty, was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing and his findings. He used shoe covers to keep from soiling the flooring/carpet. He was conducted a thorough inspection and flushed the water heater. He found additional problems, as I expected. His explanations helped me prioritize the additional repairs in order to make a decision on what should be fixed right away. Matt had to return another day to do the additional repairs which consisted of replacing the pressure reduction valve (PRV) which had failed, replacing the emergency water cut-off valve which seemed to be stripped, replacing 3 leaky sink water supply valves, and cleaning/tuning shower head. After the work was done, the water pressure in the shower heads was restored, actually it was better than even before the PRV failure, there are no more leaks under the sinks, and the emergency cut off can be done with the flick of a wrist with the new ball valve."
