"Wonderful experience. Rick was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to install my dishwasher and addressed some other issues that could have caused larger problems later on. He arrived early and explained each step so I was aware of what was being done. He is very friendly and I can tell he is passionate about what he does and making sure the work is thorough and correct. He stayed late and didn't stop until the work was complete and even came back to remove some nails from a cabinet he noticed so myself and daughter wouldn't get stuck. For a single mom, that meant a lot that he took this extra step and showed his character. Will absolutely recommend and call again for any future plumbing needs."

"I’m quite happy with the results of our AC unit install. There was some miss-communication within the company that caused some delays, but our AC replacement installation was really difficult in having to go thru the roof inti a tight space. Once the techs realized what the nature of the job was, they did an epic job. I had 4 or 5 business previously that didn't even offer a bid for this job. ARS beat the only other two quotes offered. I recommend them highly."

"Loved working with Don. He did an amazing job on the mirror and light fixtures. He also agreed to hang up shelves that were not part of the original job. Will use Home Pro again and again!"

"In less than 24 hours, Michael was at my doorstep with a new system. He efficiently replaced the old system and carefully adjusted the pipes to have a perfect fit. I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. He was a one-man show! In a couple of hours, hot water was running in the pipes and he did make sure that every faucet was working properly and releasing any air from the tank! He left the basement clean and removed all the old parts. I strongly recommend this company! As far as price, my system was very old, so it did require significant work to bring it up to code, so I believe it was a fair price for the amount of work. The system is commercial grade, so I did not get some cheap system."

"The Casco Plumbing company is always the best choice for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend anyone with a need for a professional plumbing job, call Casco Plumbing FIRST. Replacing the aging copper pipe in my home has been on my to-do list. I had, on a previous visit by Casco plumbing, discussed the options for repair with Matt. Leaks popped up at 2 different times during the first 2 weeks of July 2018. The first leak appeared and Jason and Mark came to the house and did a great job repairing that leak. When the second leak appeared Matt and Mark responded and at that time, after consulting with Matt again, did a complete overhall of my upstairs plumbing. These are very professional and congenial plumbers and my family and I are very grateful for their kind assistance and dedication to a job well done. Thank you, Casco Plumbing!! Sincerely, NTP"

"The crew was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. Owner, Bill, showed us where the water was behind and under our kitchen cabinet. They were able to dry it out while we were out of town, replaced our laminate floors, and gave us suggestions on how to prevent future water damage. Don’t waste your time looking around, go with Flood Crew."

"Probably the most honest contractor I've worked with in a long time. If you need a plumber hire them."
