"We are renovating a former rental, and while replacing the electrical outlets and switches lost power to half the house.  We had used JM3 before and had a good experience, so we called late in the afternoon on a Thursday and made an appointment for 8:30 Monday morning. The technician rang the doorbell at 8:31. He quickly got to work checking all of the outlets and switches - whether we had changed them out or not. He madeaking corrections as he went. "I had an emergency situation at my home where we partially lost power, and Unity went above and beyond in every respect! 1. They were able to send someone out the same day, and quoted me a $299 base fee. Every other electrician I called either said they were at least a week out, or had an emergency fee of $500 or more. 2. The electrician who came was SUPER friendly and helpful. 3. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (it turned out to be relatively simple). 4. He then refused to accept even a partial payment, since the fix was so simple, and he was already in the neighborhood on another job. I will DEFINITELY call Unity again next time I need an electrician. Thank you!!!"

"Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. It was a really frustrating process and we ended up asking for bids from another five companies without much more luck. We are so glad we contacted Sun Glow. They were the only company (of many, and several Angie's Lists companies) who really showed care and interest in helping us.

The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!

"Everything went well.  Arrived on time, performed the inspection and reported that we had a sturdy foundation; a few minor cracks but nothing that needed to be addressed.  No leaking or water damage discovered.  This professional business man was sincere and caring and did not recommend unnecessary work or turn this Angie's List "Big Deal" into a bigger deal!  I recommend Ethereal highly to anyone in need of his expertise!  If the need arises, we will certainly seek out the assistance of Ethereal Elements again!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
