"Mark had worked with us a couple of years ago in replacing a gas line and did a great job.  So, when our water heater stopped working, I texted Mark at 8 pm. Mark was at his birthday party, but got back to me right away. We talked and he gave me advice as to what could have been wrong with the heater. I understand that there may be many companies that can replace heaters, but I think the combination of quality of work, honesty, friendliness, cost and care for the customer that they exhibit is unparalleled. "I got my roof replaced by Storm 2 years ago. He was on time, very professional and had great attitude. We called him because of a leak in the roof. He had fixed the leak and suggested the full replacement due to hail damage. He did the work quickly without any problems. I had enjoyed working with him.
