"Had a very difficult time finding a company that was respectful of the urgency/nature of my need to have the AC replaced given the 90 degree weather we were having. Had recently moved into a place and just found out it wasn't working. These guys came out to take a look and had the job done within 24 hours. Can't say much for the price, since I didn't have time to shop around, but at a time in need this couldn't be beat. I've had many home projects done over the past couple months, and It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their business and put their customers first."

"Very conscientious company! I was impressed with their attention to detail and communication. I could tell they were knowledgeable and respectful (not always the case as a woman sometimes you get talked down to). They also included a lot of little things that made me feel they job was done right...Included product numbers in quote, used checklists after every job, replaced pad for condenser, 1 year follow up visit, extra filter, protected my carpet while they worked, tested things thoroughly when they were done... They did not try to upsell me and prices were comparable to other quotes I got for AC alone. Price was a ittle higher than others if you are replacing your furnace and AC at the same time but within a few hundred. The quality of service and peace of mind were worth the extra money to me."

"James and Matt did a fine job in removing my 32 yr old A/C and installed a new Amana A/C today. The A/C is running now, but I cannot hear it. That's nice !! They are both knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Matt did the outside work and might have gotten sun burnt on this 90 degree sunny day, but did not complain ! I am very happy with his workmanship too. James worked inside and installed the evaporator in the furnace plenum with a drain cleanout system that is pretty neat to see. Both areas were cleaned up after the work was done. Thank U ! I would use Maxx Air again."

"Four years ago, we hired Schutz to install a AC in our older 1960's tri-level home. This has been one of the best home improvement decisions I've ever made. Retro-fitting an older home with AC is no small feat! Yet Tony and his crew did an outstanding job. Not only were they professional and thorough in the installation, but they were impeccably clean as well. The AC they installed has kept us "cool as a cucumber" on many blisteringly hot summer days. When it came time for our old boiler to be replaced, it was a no-brainer to figure out who to call. Once again, Tony and his crew at Schutz did an amazing job of removing our antiquated system and installing a beautiful new boiler and new garage closet to enclose the unit. As before, his guys were professional, thorough, timely, courteous and CLEAN! We have been kept warm and cozy all winter long! I am happy to recommend this company."

"Zack took out our old furnace, replaced with a new 96% efficient system including all exhaust and intake PVC, Condensation pump, new breaker, wired in a new switch, etc. All this was completed in a matter of hours. His professionalism and attention to detail is 2nd to none. Zack is the best of the best…..I recommend Edward’s Mechanical LLC for all your HVAC needs…."

"They do a lot of different things. I don't know the different prices, it was not to bad. They told me a lot about furnaces."

"Very professional and great prices. Hill Mechanical installed a new Furnace and whole house humidifier."

"Project was on-time as scheduled. Andrew, the technician, was courteous and respectful during the install process. Gene Tolbert"

"I would hire them again. I can't say enough about doing a great job, showing up when they said they would be here and finishing the job quickly. When they left they even picked up after themselves. On top of everything else, the price was great. They went above and beyond and my furnace works great. Thank you again."
