"They had a hard time finding the water line because our house is plumbed differently. They were really nice. He had to dig all over in the front and back yards to find the right line. He had to come back. He did work in bad weather. I appreciated that. The cost of the service was good. We were happy with the price. There were things out of their control that I had issues with. The quality of service was good. Responsiveness was good."

The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement.
