"Alan and his team were awesome. Alan went through my space and looked at the tile I had already bought and went over everything involved in the project. He explained things more thoroughly than anyone else I had talked to. His price was not the lowest, but his expertise and the workmanship was worth the cost. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard. they measured and leveled each tile as they laid it. They were very polite and cleaned up each day. The floors looked great and eveything was completed when they left at the end of the project. The floor is beautiful! I get so many compliments from people who see my floors and I have no buyers remorse at all. I am hoping to hire them again to do more tile work!"

He got samples and prices for me and we selected a rectified porcelain tile because I wanted the grout joints to be as narrow as possible. Alex quoted a fair price and did an amazing job. He and Jeronimo were timely, professional, and very detail-oriented. The layout of the rooms involved step-downs and many odd angles — it turned out better than I could have imagined. "From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"Best Carpet Cleaning Service We've Ever Used!
We used Brian to clean the carpet on a rental house just yesterday.  My wife made the appointment.  Brian called her and told her he would be available earlier that afternoon, at 1:30pm.  He arrived right on time.  Brian was dressed professionally in a pressed uniform that was clean and spotless.  We took him through the house and he looked for any spots that needed pre-treatment prior to cleaning the carpet.  When he was done, the carpet looked amazing.  He was at the house for probably around 2  1/2 hours.  The house is close to 2,700 sf and probably 1,900 of it had carpeting.  The carpeting is about 9 years old.  He was methodical, took his time and did the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen.  Brian is the real deal.  He's courteous, professional and honest.  He wore booties afterwards (and gave us some too) so we could inspect the areas he had already cleaned.  The carpet looked about as good as it could look, like when if was first installed.  Brian deserves an 11 out of 10 rating!
