"Did not proceed with setting up an interview. I telephoned this company about slab jacking a cracked concrete patio. I decided not to proceed with an estimate because I asked if they subcontracted their mud jacking work. The representative did not seem to answer my question at first but after persisting she stated they do sub-contract the work. My point for this review is to inform other home owners, who only want to engage with 'one' company for accountability and quality and also, not want to incur extra cost with a 'middle company'. I indicated that I would 'hire again' even though I did not hire them as it seems unfair to indicate "yes or no" in this situation. I rated 'C' as Fair because I don't know anything else about the company and there was no other option available. They may do excellent work otherwise but I don't want any subcontractors completing my projects."
