"Very, very happy with the services Toptec provided. I used them for installing a new hot water heater, installing a new furnace, and some minor electrical work. First of all, very professional. Brian came out, talked to me about what I needed and wanted, and gave me some suggestions. He provided a quote that gave me a few options, with absolutely no pressure to upgrade or add on services. The quote was more than competitive with other contractors I talked to. After I agreed to the contract, Toptec had Brian and John out to perform the work the following day. Both were very professional, clean, and the work looks superior. Immediately following my good experience, I had a minor electrical problem. Called Toptec and they had Gary out to my house in 45 minutes. Again, top of the line professional who figured out a weird wiring situation. When I go to upgrade my electrical I will definitely use Toptec and request Gary. Highly recommend this company."

"I'm gradually switching from gas to a mostly electricity-powered home. C.A.B. didn't try to talk me into go with the same old fossil fuel water heater. Other plumbers wanted to take the course of least resistance and just install another gas unit. C.A.B. had the expertise and initiative to take on this complicated, future-looking project. We never run out of hot water!"

"I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."
