"There is something to be said about watching true professionals tackle a job. They will do the task quickly, correctly and will be able to deal with unforeseen problems. They have done the job hundreds of times and have seen all the possible problems. It could be a knee replacement surgeon, a tax accountant or, in this case, a water heater installer. The Garden State guys pulled into my driveway at 11:05 AM after promising between 10:00 AM and 2:00PM. The drain valve on my old heater was corroded shut. No problem; we have a pump for that. Need an overflow pan? No problem; we have one right here. Never missing a beat, the new heater was in place, the work area was swept clean and they pulled out of my driveway at 12:02 PM. That was one month ago and I feel like am set for the next ten years. Wow!"

"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. "PlunbWell and Bruno are an excellent choice for my difficult situation. I was getting the air in my hot and cold water lines and could not figure out where it was coming from. He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time later in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s. "I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."
