The labor was covered by the diagnostic site visit fee, it was just the parts cost. I told him to proceed and he replaced it. My AC was back up and running within the hour."

I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. They coordinated the installation of the snowmelt with the contractor building out the new parking court and walkway, and had the whole system installed on time and on budget. They use quality parts and as far as we can tell their workmanship is high quality as well. We're particularly impressed with the ongoing support we've received from Atlantic Heating. We've had one or two minor issues with the system over the past couple of years, and Darren and team have always addressed them promptly and thoroughly and free of charge. Even when we erroneously suspected a problem with the hot water heater, they helped us debug the actual root cause (a faulty shutoff valve unrelated to their work) and made a recommendation on how to resolve it."
