"On the day before Thanksgiving our cesspool backed up slightly into our basement. We called Cesspool Pro and talked with Joanne who was very nice and helpful. She said there was a truck in our area finishing a job. She contacted the driver, Carl, and he was at our house within a half hour. Carl was terrific also. After a little time Carl was able to locate the cap to out drainage pipe and drained about 2000 gallons out of our tank and added chemicals.
