They gave clear instruction, and repeated the salesman's promise of a check-in follow-up visit in about 30 days. 60 days later I began calling people. I had questions about the water. I was passed around like a basketball in pre-game drills, with several theories and more promises, and EXCUSES. After 6 months, a service manager appeared, tested the water in my presence, said it is ok. Further, he explained that others to whom I'd spoken didn't want to make the 5 hour round trip. (Wasn't a problem for the installation which got them PAID! Once they had the $$, it was too much trouble)."

"There was a part that needed to be replaced on the shower and they came out and replaced it and I have not had any problems.  This company stands behind their products and there is no hassle in getting things taken care of.  It was one small part that needed replacing on the shower head.  I would recommend Re-Bath over every other company doing this type of work.  I would NEVER use Bath Fitters or Herls...they are horrible....go with Re-Bath and you will be very satisfied and won't have problems of work not being completed or them not showing up after they start the job and go to another job and don't come back to you for a week or two......Re-Bath completes the job when they say and they show you if there are any other issues and they take care of making sure everything is done properly the first time! I cannot say enough good things about them and everyone that works there are excellent, professional and very personable."

Dale came, we got an estimate the next day and a few days later he came out to do the repairs. When Dale finished with the basement I had him look at the bathroom reguarding some mold issues. We contacted Melissa the next day to make sure the bathroom mold issue was communicated with her and to let her know we wanted an estimate on the repairs. She told us she would contact us in a few hours. Never heard back from her. A little over two weeks later we sent another text message asking about the estimate. It's been about three days since then and still no response."

"The original repair date was July 30, 2024 8:00-5:00. At 12:04, I received an email that the technician Trever was on his way. When he had still not arrived and I had not heard from him, I tried calling the Sears Home Service number and was unable to speak to a person to ask what may have happened. I then called Choice and was told they have no control over the companies they hire to provide the repair services but would reach out to Sears to schedule another person. I then received an email that the technician commented "customer declined service" with a payment receipt for $300.00. WHAT!! Trever never arrived and we never declined service to a person who wasn't here and didn't call. I waited all day for him!! Then Sears Home Services had the nerve to send an email asking for me to rate the excellence of service. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile my dishwasher still hasn't been repaired or evaluated. The next morning, Wednesday, July 31, William C from Sears Home Services called and said he would be here between 12:00 and 12:30. He arrived about 12:45 and went right to work trying to figure out the problem with the dishwasher. He determined that the cost of repair would exceed $450 and it would take at least a week for the parts to be delivered . He spoke to Michelle at Choice Home Warranty and she said she would let him know whether it should be repaired or replaced. She did call back a few minutes later to say it would be replaced. Not long after that I did receive an email from Choice with that news and the allowance of $246 instead of a replacement. I went to Lowe's to see what I could purchase to replace my dishwasher. The $246 barely covers the $174 delivery and installation and $50 charge to remove the old dishwasher. I ended up tapping the "accept" option b/c I felt pressured. The salesman at Lowe's said it would be at least two weeks for any new dishwasher to be delivered to the store and then scheduled for delivery and installation. Also, I have to pay up front for the entire costs involved. Your email stated it could take up to 30 days to receive the eCard for Lowe's. In the meantime, I STILL don't have a dishwasher. I would very much appreciate CHW expediting the eCard for Lowe's so I can purchase a new dishwasher."
