"Sunday morning I discovered there was a leak in the basement in my "main" house drainage system. I called one company and they said to keep a pail under the leak and call them back the next day. I decided I was not comfortable waiting another day since the water dripping out of the drain pipe smelled horrible, since this system carries ALL the waste from the house. Called A& E and they respond when the said they could, which was approximately and hour and a half.
