"It is a family owned business. The son came to my business to see what the problem was. He was knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a written proposal. I hired this company. The father was at my business within a few days and did the job. Very satisfied with this company. I will keep them as my pest control service whenever i need it and I will recommend this company to everyone. Best price, family owned and operated, professional.

"We have used Northern Lights on a number of occasions over the past few years, and they are always our go-to electrical contractor. We like them because...
- You can deal with them easily by email and they have professional office staff that deal with calls and sending estimates etc. You get an emailed estimate and an emailed pdf paid invoice at the end of a job. Even though they are a small local company, you get a professional vibe from them.
- They are always quick to respond either by email or phone.
- You don't wait ages for a call-out. They can normally be with us within a couple of days, or about a week or two for bigger jobs.
- They always come when they say they will. They have never let us down. And normally give you a heads-up when they are on their way on the day.
- They have a bunch of electricians, so you never quite know who will come, but we have seen the same faces again and again over the years.
- The guys that come are always courteous and polite. They are clean and careful in our home. And they tidy things up at the end of a job.
- They do the work well, pull permits as needed, so it is good to know that everything is done to code. Their work is very neat - they have installed a bunch of new receptacles in our home without having to do any damage to existing walls.

"Awesome service. They called and texted me to make an appointment for the next day. Showed up during said time. Problem solved what was wrong with our central air quickly. Told us about all of our options and informed us of services they provided but weren't pushy about it. I would recommend these guys and use them for any future needs!"

"Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."

"I could not be more pleased with this company or this service. I found them here on AL and with a rebate, it was a great deal. When I called, the woman who answered was extremely polite and helpful and took the time to go over the entire audit process with me (she wasn't rushed as some receptionists are). They sent an email to confirm the date and time.
When the team arrived, they were on time and each of them introduced themselves by name to me before coming into my house. They were all very polite and courteous. The leader (I can't remember his name) gave me an overview of the process and explained things as they went. Basically, they simulate high winds around the house and then monitor for where leaks are. My house is relatively new and has no basement, so it was already pretty efficient, but there were some major leaks by the front door and attic door, which they sealed on the spot. They also showed me that I could hold my hand over any electrical socket, even ones on interior walls, and feel the "wind"--which means air was leaking out those! So I plugged them all with those little socket protectors. The guys also took me into the attic and showed me some leaks, and fixed them--and fixed the attic door by adding a little latch to help it stay closed. All in all, they reduced the amount of air getting into my house by 500 (I forget the units). It was clear they didn't just make up this number--they showed me the number after the first test and then after the second test (when they had treated the problem areas).
I also got a few free CFLs and LEDs, and bought 3 more LEDs since they were at a great price. They left some rebates with me, although all my appliances are new so I didn't need anything.
When they left, they each said goodbye and were very professional until the end. They were respectful in my home and asked before opening any closets or doors, etc. I felt very safe with them here, which is not always the case when people are in your home working. I think the price is a fantastic one, especially with the AL rebate that was on when I scheduled. I feel I got my money's worth. My husband and I had tried to plug some leaks ourselves, but we didn't really know what we were doing and we had no way to measure if we were really helping anything. This audit gave me hard numbers to look at and I was impressed that they did the fixes on-site (included in the price--for instance, they plugged a whole around my front door frame by installing a clear plastic barrier). It was a great deal and a great experience. Highly recommend!
Bonus--when we resell this house in a few years, I will definitely list that we got a professional energy audit performed on it and that it's very efficient. Definitely a selling point!

"Mark at Hybrid Services is phenomenal. Excellent attention to detail. Very clean install. Prompt, timely service. This is the 2nd job I have used him for- this one much more involved. He did a great job! He installed central air to my existing forced hot air heating system. Stuck on budget and timeline. Rare to find a business like this today! Would definitely recommend."
