They came out and made them functional by eliminating any drafting or water leaking issues we had as well as trimmed the outsides so they looked like the rest of the house.

There was water coming up through the floor in the bedroom.  I contacted Buddy's Plumbing and they were able to come out and investigate within a couple of hours.  The leak was located in the bedroom wall.  The section of split pipe was replaced.  I was extremely pleased with the work.  The repairmen were very careful not to displace anything, repaired the leak quickly, and cleaned the area well before leaving.  I will definately use Buddy's again as well as recommend them to my friends."

"Repaired a drippy outdoor faucet (12"anti-siphon sillcock) just in time for the big freeze. Promptly responded and showed up on time. Did what I asked them to do which was replace the washer just to get it to stop leaking for now. I had to talk them out of trying to replace the whole thing right now at nearly 5x the price-- which is what they said was the only sure way to stop it leaking. I did not want them do that at that time and got them to agree to just attempt to get the leak stopped with a new washer. They agreed and did the work diligently and successfully. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it from freezing and leaking until it can eventually be replaced. When it is time to replace those faucets in the future, I will consider calling Pipe Doctors."
