"Arrived on time, did a simple cost-effective repair, and showed me everything that he did and why. It is great to work with local professionals"

"JDL called within 30 min of placing my request and set up a visit. They evaluated my AC unit and agreed to repair, despite its age (more than 20 years old!). The cost was a fraction of a new unit. Their lead service tech, Isak, was great - knowledgeable, efficient and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed and will have them return for maintenance and service in the future."

"I had a great experience with Graham Solution. He repaired my AC unit quickly and professionally. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the issue was before fixing it. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC is working perfectly again. His pricing was fair, and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled HVAC or handyman service. Thank you for the excellent job!"

"The process was easy and the service top notch from the estimate with the sales rep to scheduling and the install. Ill recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air services."

"I called a few HVAC companies on a Saturday morning, due to my A/C only blowing cool to warm air. After speaking with a couple of other companies that advertised as providing 24/7 service, Blue Dot was the only company that would come out on that Saturday. The technician that came out was named Dwight ("DJ"). DJ was exceptional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He also provided tips on how to maintain the a/c unit to keep it running efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and patient with answering my questions with a positive attitude. He repaired the unit during the visit. DJ turned a stressful situation (worrying about the possible repair) into a smooth and reassuring experience with his expertise and positive attitude."

"This is an excellent company. We have used them for year to service our heating and air conditioning units. It became necessary to think about replacing the units. We have two. Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. They totally cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. Then they called a few days later to see that everything was working well. I highly recommend this company. All the technicians are polite and competent. The office staff is nice beyond belief. If you need any heating/AC work done, this is the company to do it."

"Same day AC repair! I called at 930 am and the tech fixed the AC by 2 pm. Amazing service. I bought the annual service policy for HVAC since Horizon was so prompt, professional, and knowledgeable!"

"Fast, quality, and courteous service"

"Great experience! Repairs completed in a timely manner. Saved me from purchasing a new refrigerator. Would recommend K and K Industrials to others. Thanks again to Kenneth"

"Darryl McDowell, the technician from ARS of Laurel, did an outstanding job while performing my AC tune-up/inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional; explained all findings in a thorough and easy to understand manner. As a result of his honest assessments and diligence in addressing all issues in a very comprehensive manner, I feel confident moving forward with needed repairs and/or system replacement. Without a doubt, he provided the best service ever!"
