"Amanda fixed my busted dryer. It stopped drying clothes, basically every setting was tumble dry. Amanda arrived within the scheduled time window, she was friendly and professional. She got right to work and diagnosed the issue as a heating element within 20, maybe 25 minutes. Amanda went out to get the part needed and she was back the same day to install it. She tested it out to make sure it was working as it should, she also gave it a good once over to make sure everything else was in good shape before she left. I was very satisfied with the level of service provided, from scheduling to diagnosis and repair. She made what could be a stressful situation, very easy and seemless."

"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

"I think the service was not as good. They did not do as much as I expected. I also purchased it for my mother. It was a very cold day and they spent two hours not on the site at all. She did not speak English very well to complain about it or anything. I think we purchased the eight hour thing. Two guys came out for four hours, but both of those guys probably did about two hours’ worth of work at best. They got the most urgent things done. I would say about an-hour-and-a-half, they went out to buy wood pieces from a nearby Lowes. When my mom came back, they were sitting in their car for about half-an-hour. When they did the same work for me, I was out and bought cage within 30 minutes and they had bought the same wood piece from like a store that was equal distance and they were back within half-an-hour. I got a feeling that, since it was a cold day, they were trying to make excuses to stay in their heated car which is understandable so it is hard to complain. Another complaint is that we had scheduled them one day for them to come out and they cancelled the morning of for no reason. They said they overbooked or something and they had to reschedule and that was the last warm day where it was going to be over 40 degrees because we wanted some window wood patching done and he said that as long as it is over 40 degrees that it was okay to paint, but they rescheduled for a day that was below 40 degrees and they said it was fine and not doing half-the-work. I did not appreciate that and my mom was kind of frustrated because they were two of them so two times, both of them wasting an-hour-and-a-half so that is actually six hours of work. The person who scheduled said that they should be done with that and there would probably be extra time. They even came out and looked at the window and they said the same thing so we had made a list of things that my parents needed, but that was the only thing they got done. They left half-an-hour early too. When they came out and did our work, it was okay. The price was the lowest that we saw, but it was kind of like a very wasted work. It was not worth the money. The Deal sounded good and the first experience was not bad. I feel like they are kind of a gamble."

He then sent us a proposal (including the estimated cost) via e-mail, which we subsequently accepted. Fritz scheduled our work, and we sent a 25% down payment. The first day's work included installing the StoreWall panels, prepping the floor, and applying the first coat of epoxy. An additional coat was applied each of the next two days. Fritz and his team did excellent work. We were really pleased with the quality and felt the work met or exceeded our expectations. The cost came out exactly according to the estimate, and we felt we got a lot of value for what we paid."

"I had put in a new ceiling light in my pantry and couldn't get it to work. I thought I had tried every possible trouble shooting possiblity and finally broke down and called Beech Grove Electric. The man I spoke to was very nice and professional. He and his assistant came out the next morning and were right on time. As it turns out I was trying to use a burned out light bulb (DUH!!!). I felt really stupid but they told me that I wasn't the first person to make that mistake. They offered to check any other electrical issues I might be having.The bathroom fan hadn't been working so they took it apart, cleaned it and tested it. They told me it was not worth repairing and I should just buy a replacement fan at a store like Lowe's and that I could easily install it myself. I did just that and it works great! If I ever need an electrician I will be sure to call them again."

"Steve, Nick and Joe arrived on time and per schedule. They moved the beds for me (the only furniture I couldn't move myself) and got straight to work. They were extremely polite and pleasant to work with. They had great attention to detail and were very organized and efficient. The floors look absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the job they did that I asked them to go ahead and put down vinyl plank in the connecting hallway. The whole job was very well done - couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely call them again for my next project."
