"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

The other plumbers also wanted to tear down a section of retaining wall, along with digging up my lawn and removing a section of sidewalk which would have added thousands of dollars to my â projectâ . Bollman still let me know that they needed to dig a trench in my yard and remove a section of sidewalk, but they were going to maintain the retaining wall. When the job was completed I looked outside and my lawn and sidewalk were intact. They also offered to replace leaky water valves to my washer. I was aware that they were leaking before they were hired. These guys under promised and over delivered saving me thousands of dollars in the process."

"This was a broken cast iron sewer pipe that was in our basement, connecting to the outside pipe through the foundation wall. We could not use our bathrooms (or any water for that matter), so I was thankful that Brian's response was quick.
