"I commissioned Gas Pro to redirect my gas pipe in order to install a new gas range. I spoke to the owner Rob , who advised me they could do the work after I gave him detailed information and video showing where the pipe was located. The installers came, advised the work was done and I questioned why wasn't the stove pushed back against the wall, which was why I intentionally commissioned them. The installers stated that's the best they could do and packed up and left. My contractors returned to my home and advised the installers didnt do anything. The pipes were still in the same spot. I spoke to the owner again, explaining the work was not done as I requested. His response was if you're expecting any money back, that's not going to happen. I explained I had to get someone else to do the job. He said you should've called me to do it. I did hire him to do a job, paid for a job, they came to my home, took my money and did not do the job I paid them for. DO NOT TRUST GAS PRO!!!!"

The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile.
