"We've worked with Stafford before. We called them for an air conditioner inspection. On 5/10/18 Dustin reported that our 12 year old A/C compressor and fan were close to failing. We decided the unit was too old to repair, so we met with Jason to talk about our options. He sent us a proposal that include six possible air conditioners; we chose the model that we thought best met our needs. The day the air conditioner was to be installed we got an email with photos and short bios of the technicians. The showed up on time. They spent some time explaining what they were doing and why (new code requirements); they explained how to use the new thermostat we needed (since the A/C was a Two Stage model), and explained the wiring changes and the care and maintenance of the new A/C. We appreciated how thorough they were in their work and their explanations. They cleaned up both inside and outside. Stafford set up the city inspection, and the inspector came out on time. Everything is fine; no problems at all. We've used the A/C a few times, and are happy both with the new thermostat and the A/C. Our new A/C qualifies for an Energy Rebate, so that's a plus as well."

"The following review is for Sean Harris. I had my home built in Maple Grove in 1986. Being widowed, I never had anyone who could keep up on my repairs and/or updates regarding my plumbing issues. Sean came out last fall for the first time and did repair my front yard outside faucet that was dripping. This spring when turning my outside faucets, the front faucet was still dripping. At the time of booking an appointment for Sean to return and repair the faucet, I also booked for him to check out my sump pump (it was the original one from when the house. In the last months, I have had Sean out to replace that outside faucet, replace my sump pump, replace both outdated toilets, and do a repair in the shower in the lower-level bathroom. Each time, Sean gave me the price for each repair/replacement before doing any work. He always very professional and polite. Since I am battling cancer, he was very cautious to wear a mask. I will always call Tim’s Plumbing and request for Sean to return with any future repairs/replacements I will have. I wish I could give him a 10 Star ranking!!!!!!"

Replaced timing belt and other belts, did not charge extra labor for each replacement (like bobbi and steves quote, which was over a thousand more since they charged me labor for everything!). Since they were already replacing the timing belt also replaced the water pump and other belts. They gave me a couple options for replacements with different prices, one being a standard kit vs just the belt itself. They seemed up front the whole time and did not charge me any extra. Also did a nice job getting me a used Toyota cd player/radio, they charged me labor to see why my radio was not working and then installed it. <br /> Overall they provide a good service and and are good to work with. Seem honest, everything they fixed is working great. NO complaints. <br /> <br />"
