"WOW, if I could give more stars I would. Gerard went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a small railing that needed to be build and installed on my front steps. I got a few calls from company's but one said the job was too small the other keep dragging his feet then he want more money to do the job than what he quoted me. I reposted the job a few weeks later. Gerard called me a few minutes after I posting for the job, I told him what the project was, he said "yes" he could do the job but explain to me he was finishing up another project and would call me next week. I sent Gerard some photo's and measurements, a couple of days later Gerard sent me drawings of the rail. Gerard said he would be able to do it in a few days. Gerard was very professional and keep me updated thought out the process, I would highly recommended Gerard for any fabrication project."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Well happy with the work and affordable pricing"

"We were very impressed and pleased with the work done for us by J&L Contractors. We got several bids for the work and chose them in part because they were highly recommended by a friend for whom they had worked extensively in the past, but also because they were so knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how best to proceed. Throughout the month long renovation they were efficient, reliable, honest and a pleasure to work with. Their work was meticulously completed, on time, and within budget even though we made a variety of changes along the way. I would recommend them without hesitation!"

"Carlo and his team built a retaining wall for us, to create a new parking area for our camper van, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. It was a tricky project as it was built on a steep bank. Not only did they build a beautiful looking wall, their professionalism, and attention to detail were first class. Carlo was careful to update us throughout the project and explain exactly what they were doing and why. We will definitely be hiring CF Masonry again."

"Great ,would use them again in the future."

"Great product and service. I anticipate being able to save $800-1000 per month by using the bullbag instead of a metal dumpster that charges me by the weight."

"Ronei Andrade and his team completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen. From start to finish he and his team, walked us through the entire process of creating the kitchen of our dreams. He and his team were professional, trustworthy, reliable and clean. Ronei is an excellent project manager and keeps on top of every detail of the project. The craftsmen he employs (plumbers, electricians, plaster contractor, etc were professional, and very skilled. Anyone that chooses to go with Millbrook Construction Corp…will not be disappointed…They are a very trust worthy Company. It was a pleasure working with them all and we will be using them again in the near future. Mary and James Zarrella"

"Picked them from Angie's list. Not the least expensive, but had a good rating. Good interviews with contractor and his wife, who acted as design consultant. Helped us with buying the tub, sink, toilet, vanity, lighting. He ran good coordination with the subs, and kept them on schedule. All work first rate. Finished on time and on budget. Could not possibly ask for a better job."

"We hired James and his company to refinish our deck. James came out personally to give us a few options. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He was able to fit us into his schedule to get our deck done in time for a party we were throwing on short notice which we really appreciated it. We hope to use him and his company in the future for more house projects we're planning on. You are in good hands with James and his team, I highly recommend them!"
