Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. "Mr Blue was very quick to respond to my request. He provided a solid quote to me after I sent him a picture of the water heater info. The replacement was scheduled within two days. My tenant wasn t available the next day. It was late in the evening on the initial date of contact. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would. He did the install and cleaned up the work area. He assured my tenant he would have hot water in the tank within a certain time and sure enough my tenant said the water was working properly with no issue. I will use Mr. Blue again for any other plumbing issues whether it s for my primary property or my rental property. He was very professional and responsive while we communicated via text."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
