"I was having trouble with my car as it was cutting off. I had gone to the dealer and they had done an estimate. Several things showed up on the code on their check in system and they weren't sure which one of those things was causing the problem and they wanted to charge me $300 for the diagnosis alone. They wanted to keep my car for three days for diagnosis. Then I took my car to Mr. Fletcher who instantly said that he was going to fix it. He fixed one thing on my car and that cleared the problem; In fact 5 different things showed up on the code for him as well but he looked up at all of that and fixed the exact thing which was cutting my car off. He gave me a reasonable price and did it in a reasonable amount of time, in just couple of days. He is very friendly. His prices are very fair and good compared to my dealer. He is great at diagnosing the problem and my son took his car to him too after I did, and he fixed his car's ignition problem."

"Had a couple of issues at my house (kitchen drain pipe leak and an issue with water pressure with the old shower faucets). I called on a Wednesday and HIS Plumber were out that Friday to help. Nathan was the specific technician to come out. The drain turned out to be something far more severe (intense water retention and damage to the sub-floor of my house) with significant mold. Although Nathan couldn't correct the issue in that moment due to the mold, he contacted a water mediation service they partner with as he was in my house and within about an hour and a half, work began to rectify the water damage...on a Friday before 5pm. A testament to this company going above and beyond to help their clients! While he was here I did ask if he could check the faucets in my shower as I thought there were some pressure issues. He repaired and replaced the pieces quickly. A week or so later he was out again once the water folks completed their work and was able to fix the leak to the drain pipe, relieving me of the stress. He was punctual, informative, and FAST! I was very impressed and have called them twice so far. As a new homeowner I am happy to say that I now have trust that I have secured a company for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. It is a good feeling. (As a side note, the price I am including for the service provided is total for both trips. Lots of work and I felt these amounts due were fair.) Many thanks!"

He had a great demeanor and personality. <br /> I showed Rusty the damage I was concerned with and he knew immediately what to do, provided a quote, and once I mentioned I had found his company on Angie's List he issued a 5% discount on the spot. <br /> I gave him the go ahead and he snapped right to work. <br /> It was awesome, Rusty dug right in, cut what needed cutting, made the necessary repairs, and even left the level of the cleanout pipe more flush with the ground to prevent any recurrences of the incident which caused this problem. <br /> He completed the repairs in maybe 30 minutes, if that long. <br /> <br /> Mr. Barnes is a true professional and I'm glad to have had he respond to my service call. <br /> Thank you. <br /> <br /> *Note about my rating the price a "C"* <br /> Though I am very satisfied with the service, I felt the price was a little steep in general. <br /> However, it was good & quick work performed by a good guy, plus he cut out the 5%, so taking everything into account overall I think the price was fair as opposed to Excellent or Good."

"He had to remove all piping under the sink and my garbage disposal as it was not to code and part of the reason for the clog. He was courteous, professional and thorough. Was a little taken by the cost of a few of the parts like the simple basket drains. The only issue I had was with the scheduling, when I called from my work line that is what got entered into their system. I had to remind the caller to give her my return number and then asked that the work number be removed from the system. However at the appointed time on a Saturday when I'm not at work, that was the number they called to confirm. Of course I didn't answer and almost missed my appointment time. Then they also had transposed my cell number. So if I had not called near the end of the allotted window I would have missed this service all together. Which was not a good option with a totally clogged kitchen sink. They need to take more time in scheduling services and confirming information in their system."
