"Reggie did a superior job installing the new valve within two hours. He appreciated the fact that I had opened the wall for him (doing the grunt work), and saved him time on that--- although he does this quite routinely when there is no access panel. I feel that the price was on the high side ($400) for only two hours of labor. I did discuss this with the office manager subsequently, and she graciously made on adjustment given that I performed all of the prep work. It is important to note that this company Automatically charges a $79 estimate fee whether you do the work or not, and this is NOT subtracted from the job price. Secondly, this company does Not charge by the hour, but has an established fee for each type of plumbing job. This being said, I would work with this company again.
