Within 2 hours the he replaced the old one educated me about the equipment the required maintenance and I had hot water! Very kind professional and knowledgeable! Carlo was the technician that came to swap out the rod in my hot water heater. He was professional, courteous, and finished the service quickly. He was the first to respond to my Home Advisor request for water heater repair professionals and offered to come look at my water heater the same night. Since it was not an emergency, I waited until the next day. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because my old tank was not removed from my basement as quickly as it could have been. Overall, however, my experience with Abe's HAVAC/R was positive and I would recommend his services."
