"I am STILL very happy with Mezgers' sevices !! And will use them again !! PROVIDED that technician "NATHAN" will not be the one who is in charge of the repairs! He was disrespectful, clearly did NOT wanna be working at that time of the day (8pm) and did not do a good job !!
On the contrary, all the other service guys from the company have always been trustful, professional and very respectful and efficient! 
Hence my surprise and desappointment last night.
Still I will continue recommending MEZGER company ...not that one 'NATHAN' guy!

"Our entire experience with them was first class, they were on time, worked efficiently and were very polite and cleaned up everything when finished. I would highly recommend them. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
