"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Alfredo competently repaired our radiant heating system, which is not a common system or brand. He troubleshooted the problem with expediency and professionalism."

"Everything went very well. Sam, Louie, and the team did a great job replacing both heating and cooling system. Very professional and meticulous!"

"Diego from Promen is highly recommended. He was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. He answered all my questions in a way that allowed me to fully understand the scope of the project. His pricing for the work was fair and competitive compared to other contractors I received quotes from. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars. The job was done very well and right on time. I will be reaching out to Diego at Promen for sure in the future for my heating and cooling needs."

"The second attempt was on time and installation was smooth and quick. My bedroom was saved from the hottest and muggiest days of the summer.
I am writing this to amend the previous review which was late and then encountered problems with my building.
Coary made it right.
Thank you.

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"The gentleman was on time, very professional, saved me tons of money by finding me the proper parts. He was very detailed and taught me about my different systems at my spa. I would hire him for all our home and business services. I highly recommend Anas and all his services"

"The technician was a real professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set about to correct the issue and get us back to full service. As it happens there is a small quirk with the particular furnace and he went through two pieces of equipment of different voltages. He reached out to his colleagues for consultation who suggested a remedy. It required him going to meet another technician for a specific part, but off he went and quickly returned, installed the part and had the furnace operable. We were and are in good hands with Petro. We have heat which we appreciate. Since we have an annual service contract there was no cost."

"Excellent workmanship. Leon from Island Heating really knows his work."
