"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."

"Paul did a wonderful job of installing my portable window air conditioner. I was most appreciative that he was able to come on the day I called, just before the temperatures became very oppressive - even though I was slightly out of his preferred area. He was professional and friendly, and did the job quickly. I thought his price was very fair. Paul also gave some advice and insight into other issues I had in my home, even providing a quick fix for a door that kept sticking."
