"Michael came to our home looking professional and seems to take pride with his work. That became truer as we discussed the problem and how he described the solutions to me. He wanted to fix the problem as quickly but properly and reasonably-priced. He made sure that all aspects of his work were well explained to me. I believe he did this to avoid any "he's taking me for a ride" side thoughts. His pricing matrix is very clear and reasonable. I can say from this experience that Michael is a PRO and he takes pride with what he does. I will call Michael or L.E. Brown for any plumbing, heating/cooling problems in my home from now on. "Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable.
