Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I kept being up sold, they kept saying they will provide me 5 screens or we should have this done, which was more of a c'mon for me to get more things. I just had screens needed to be repaired and not anything more. They showed up on time, and they did every thing on time, but when you come in, and do a bait and switch, that is not professionalism for me. Professionalism is when you come and do what you have been paid for."
