"Called company on Monday and got an appointment for an inspection on Wednesday. That following Monday, the technician arrived and went through each step is sealing off the concrete foundation to the water leak. The fix worked well and was put to the test with the recent record rains. Not one drop of water came into the basement."

"It went pretty well. They tool longer than I thought, and they used a sealant (gray) that didn't match the color of our house (white) or the concrete stoop. We were planning on painting it anyway, so in the end it's not a big deal. We like Real Seal and would use them again."

"The workers did a great job leveling my steps. I didn't know the quote did not include sealing the material used to lift my porch. I called the company and they sent someone out to apply concrete over the exposed space."

"We were in the inspection process of buying a house, and Greg agreed to do an estimate, even though we knew the crawlspace might have been a deal breaker for us since it was in pretty bad shape. The home inspector suggested a vapor barrier. I searched Angie's list and found Greg and his crew.
Another local company I called would not come out to do an estimate since it was only a home inspection, and we weren't 100% sure we were going to buy the house, let alone complete the work after the purchase.
Upon talking with Greg the first time, I had a feeling that he was going to do a good job and be easy to work with. He was very straight forward and truthful.
The crawlspace was a dirt floor, and probably hadn't been touched in over 20 years. It was dank, wet, full of bugs as evidenced by the webs and old traps. It was also had the beginnings of some rather serious issues from the neglect. The bones were good, but it was definitely time to dry it out and start over. Originally, I was looking to get the sealed with concrete and Greg suggested a new material, a spray on material, to use instead. He assured me it would be strong enough to be used for storage items. It would also save us 4 inches of clearance over the concrete, which makes a difference in a crawl space. I decided to go with it, even though it was a brand new method at the time for Greg and his team.
We decided to move forward and buy the house and we also decided to hire Greg and team to help transform the space in to a working storage area.
I could not be more happy with the result. Greg's team showed up and immediately got to work. Even though the house was not being lived in at the time and other contractors were there, the entrance and work areas were covered in plastic which is good thing as the guys coming out of the crawl were covered in mud. I was surprised out how swiftly the crew got to work. They got the job done quickly, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process.
After a fantastically wet spring, it turns out that a foundation crack was causing some very minor seepage from the outside after all of the work was complete. Other houses in the area had their entire basements and crawls completely flooded. Greg came back and sealed a very small crack free of charge to finish up the job.
I wish I had more crawlspaces to give Greg and his team more work. I will definitely use them again should the need arise."

"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else. We were very impressed with them."

"Luis and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. They did very excellent work and really took pride in their work. Each member of the team was very friendly and cooperative. The sidewalk was beveled properly and finished very meticulously. I would definitely use Designer's Concrete again."

"Coincidentally just after we had our crack fixed we had a HUGE rainstorm that would have normally definitely meant major seepage issue for us. All we that occurred was a bit of dampness, NO sign of actual water. Luckily, at the time of the repair we had been forewarned that we may require additional material injected into in the lower part of the crack but that that would be determined by the next major storm. I will be calling to have a little more injected but even as it is now, the difference is quite dramatic."

"I have shopped around for companies who specialize in "flat roofs." After several estimates and talking with several companies, I decided to go with Titan Construction.
Wesley, who was the main person from the company came over and explained to me that he had done several roofs like mine and we went over the issues with our roof. He sent me a proposal with 3 options. Not having done a complete roof teardown, I opted for option 1 which was the most labor intensive and through. Since I have not had experience with "flat roofs" I thought that option was the best choice.
Wesley continued to contact me and we started work the week of September 7. I realized that I might need a permit from the Village of Wilmette and asked Wesly. He said it was in the proposal that we provide a permit. I got a little nervous and Wes brought a permit to my home.
The workers started to work on the roof midweek. They were very professional. They cleaned up after their work. After a few days, they were finishing up and I encountered exposed wood beams on a couple of sides on our house. Since I did not have any experience with "flat roofs" I did not review the terms of the proposal. I also wanted to change the color of our roof gutters and fascia from white to a light brown. When the worker installed the fascia, I realized the top of the fascia did not match the bottom.
I got back with Wesley to explain my concern. He quickly came over with one of his men and we went over the issue. It turned out to be a misunderstanding.
Wesley agreed that the roof "as is" did not look good and winter was fast approaching. He said he would add soffit to the sides of the house and add the same color fascia so it matched. They came back the next week and did a very professional job.
I think this company is very reasonabaly priced. I think Wesley and his team know what they are doing. I would just let you know if you are doing a construction project on a roof that you do research the terms and go over everything before beginning work so you are both on the same page."
