Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. As stated in a previous review, Vargas was honest, on time, and competitively priced! I'll continue to use Vargas Masonry and Roofing for the future work that I need on the interior brickwork and interior limestone foundation of our historic home."

"I was pleased with the job, but afterwards I realized that some jewelry from my bed size table was missing. They did the master bedroom bathtub. I recommend you not leave any valuables out. They really had no business on the other side of my bedroom. They must have used the phone on that bedside table and saw the jewelry that is now missing."

"While they are a bit hard to get a hold of, once you do, they are committed to your project. Once I agreed to go with them, I was able to get on their schedule weeks before similar companies. Tuckpointing work looked great afterwards; blended in well. Terry came back a day or two after completing the project to clean up further as he had to leave before he completed cleaning to his satisfaction earlier in the week. We didn't expect this; it was a pleasant surprise that he came back.

"John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too.
