Danny was able to squeeze us into Blue Star's full schedule at a time that worked for us and called before the visit for clarification about the problem, and after the visit about how things went. John called before arrival to let us know about exact timing, and was very thorough in investigating the problem and then explaining the situation. After consultation, he was able to repair our system. John also discussed what to look out for in case there are problems in the future. We have had our AC unit serviced regularly by other companies, but we will never use those other companies again. Blue Star is superior in every way! Cannot recommend highly enough. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This auto repair shop is hands down the best, most professional auto repair service I have ever come across.  This is a family owned business that has operated since 1987.  Though they have only worked on two of our cars and we have just become customers, they were professional and took care of the problems with ease.  The first day we had a problem and drove in off the street.  We didn't have an appointment and they were fully booked, but they fit us in between appointment, solved the three problems we were having and had us out within an hour and a half of arriving.  Cost was minimal.  The next day I brought in my car and through diagnostics they determined a very extensive and expensive problem with my vehicle.  They were honest and upfront and were willing to support my decision based on whether to do the work or not.  We determined with a phone call to my dealership's service department that I was covered under warranty for these repairs.  ABS Unlimited sent me with the diagnostic information and told me to call them if I had any questions. Few, if any, other shops would do that for a customer who certainly wasn't a regular yet.  The dealership proceeded to screw me and each time I called ABS Unlimited they would answer my questions as if I had been a long time customer.  I appreciated that and will now throw all of my business to ABS Unlimited for all of my auto repair needs.  This is a good and honest business.  Now in their new location next to Home Depot at the Fairfax traffic circle, they will draw more business for people driving by.  I highly recommend this auto repair shop.  Competent, trustworthy and reasonable.

"I identified this company by checking Angie?s List for A-rated limousine services.   I agree with other reviewers? favorable ratings.  The company appears to be a small operation, but that may be why it is able to be so responsive to clients and provide excellent service.  I contacted other limousine companies in the Baltimore/DC area, and some of them did not even acknowledge my correspondence.   The owner of Lisa?s Elite Sedans, on the other hand, replied within an hour to an e-mail sent at 3 a.m.!   More importantly, he quoted a competitive price, which did not change (no unexpected add-on fees), showed up right on time for a 5:15 a.m. pick-up, and arrived with a stepstool as promised (but not needed after all) for the luxury SUV.   Included in the price quoted for the limousine service was a discount given to Angie?s List members.   I would definitely use this service again.

"Great service. My former Jiffy repairman, Pete, is no longer doing gas log repair. He assured me the new guy would do just as good a job. He was right. Shaun was wonderful. He cleaned the logs thoroughly, explaining everything he was doing, and gave me good tips on maintenance. He also replaced the non-working remote!! I'd given up hope of that, since our log set is almost 20 years old. We had been lighting the logs manually, which was a pain. Not only that, Shaun noticed that the Piezo igniter was broken, and said he would order the part and come back to reinstall once it arrived. He's a super nice guy too, and keeps a clean workspace and always wears shoe covers, which I really appreciate. I couldn't be happier with Shaun. I'd also like to give a shout out to the scheduler, Stefan, who always let me know in a timely fashion when Shawn was coming, and is very responsive to schedule changes. Many thanks to both guys."

"The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
