Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

Customer service over the phone was cordial and professional. The two reps, Mike and Mario that came to look at the old unit were also professional. They were knowledgable and educated me as much as possible on a tankless option. I immediately felt comfortable working with them and decided to move forward with the installation/replacement. The process only took a few hours. "If you need a reputable honest company for your Cooling and heating system maintenance or repair then you need to call Hutchinson. Orlando is one of the good ones. Honest and tries his best to help his customers. My experience over the last year and a half with trying to get my Air Conditioning unit fixed by other local Temecula/Murrieta companies has been bad to say the least. Two other companies that I called told me that I needed replace my whole system for $12,000 or just my A/C unit for $5,000-$7,000. After waiting a year to try and come up with the funds to get something done I saw reviews on Angies list about Orlando and his company that made me feel that he was an honest guy and I could trust him. From the first call I felt that I was treated like an important customer and they were ready to help. Orlando and his crew came out that day and the next morning and were exceptional in their work ethic. They spent hours in unbearable heat diagnosing and fixing the problem. They determined that the unit was fine and just needed service and a Freon charge. While the previous contractors spent a few minutes looking at it and immediately told me I needed a new system. I don't know what more I can say about Hutchinson heating and air except they are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their A/C. 5 stars, A++++, Excellent."

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."
