"I was researching for a pool cleaning company here and saw the big deal from Pools Unlimited. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try since the deal was really good to pass. I called the company right after purchasing to see if the pool could be serviced the same day. Joshua, the owner himself answered and he was in the area(Henderson). He agreed to stop by for a meet and greet around 12. He arrived  on time and inspected the pool and spa and checked water chemistry and described his company. While we were talking he said he would go ahead and start cleaning it as well. He grabbed his tools from the truck and started cleaning all the while answering my questions regarding cleaning, pool plumbing etc. The pool has these pop out blowers which were not working and he inspected them as well. He was very patient and spend an hour and half. The spa water level was low and he said it might be a valve near the pump. He wanted to inspect it before advising on repairs. He grabbed the cordless tool and unscrewed the valve housing and inspected the assembly. He concluded the valve not to be the problem and said he will have to monitor the water level for potential leaks. He explained couple of scenarios(bucket test etc) and turned off the auto-fill. He will monitor it on subsequent visits. Overall it was money well spent. He never pushed for continued service though I did get a quote. He offered me to show how to service the pool if wanted to do it myself. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Joshua and his company.
