"Painters did a sloppy job and cut corners to paint my condo fast (see pics). They broke my AC unit by blocking the filter with paint and never notifed me. One of the owners, Belinda, had an attitude and lied saying she was tring to get a hold of me. They had my cell and email and never contacted me until they threated to charge me a late fee ($500) if the payment wasnt paid the next day... Poor service and untrustwothy. The owner seems to reply to negative reviews as if its the customers fault. Would not recommend. Poor communcation and a liar. "

They were efficient, they picked up after themselves and everyone was very polite and friendly! They went out of their way to be communicative and to do a great job!"

Many days he lied to me and said he was on the way so I’d go to meet him and he didn’t show up I asked for washable paint he got paint and watered it down so much that it is not washable. I could see the old color through the new. I had to redo much of it myself. He hired young people who left a mess and had no experience masking off the house with masking tape They stole items from my home which I asked for their return and was ignored. Farshad Kouranki just laughed it off. He did not complete the work he was hired to do and he put me 15 days behind schedule. BEWARE."
